It is Busy Brushes policy to allow all guests to have a fantastic experience, while there are no Refunds, our guest will be given a credit towards an Event/Private Party or class. The Credit Card used to hold your seat will only be charge for no shows or if cancellation is NOT done 24 hours before the event. For Private Parties/Events, Credit Cards will be charged a cancellation fee, if cancellation is not done seven (7) days prior to your scheduled event/party.
There are no refunds on Gift Certificates…
We want our guest to have a great experience and want to share this experience with others. At the end of each event photos will be taken and posted to our social media sites and are used in our promotional material and events.
If you wish not to be in our class photos you are welcome to step aside or use your canvas to cover your face during the group photos. However, we are certain that you would like everyone to know you painted a masterpiece but it’s your choice.
In addition, if you are registering for someone other than yourself, please inform them that they must be 21 years or older to consume alcohol. BUSY BRUSHES WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR INCIDENTS ARISING FROM ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION.
Supplies are handcrafted and consumed in preparation for your order, with a limited shelf life. Orders with reservations of our staff and/or time are made unavailable to other potential customers. For these reasons and others, we do not offer returns or refunds for items and/or orders that have been fulfilled and/or shipped. Please note, we are not responsible for any damages caused by postal carrier. Report any damages directly to the postal service. We are not responsible for stolen deliveries. Report theft to your local law enforcement. To reduce chances of theft and product damage, please be prepared to receive your package and review all shipping/delivery notifications promptly so they are not left exposed to potential hazards such as weather conditions, thieves, etc. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us prior to any purchase and we would be happy to speak with you.
